Rod brings more than 37 years of expertise in the field of financial advisory. His extensive experience encompasses various roles such as CEO, member of the Executive Committee, Advisor, Director, Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), and earlier as a Receiver or Liquidator, and Forensic Accounting Expert.

Before his current role, Rod served as a Special Advisor and the Chairman of the Asia Pacific region at FTI Consulting. He managed all four regional segments and played a key role in establishing the firm’s offices in Australia, the Caribbean, and Singapore. His expertise as a forensic accountant, court-appointed nominee, expert witness, and director is widely recognised.

Foreky has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, corporate restructuring, corporate recovery, insolvency management, investigations and litigation support

Before Foreky co-founded FAR, he was Managing Director in Corporate Finance and Restructuring Segment at FTI consulting, based in Hong Kong.

Foreky is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Specialist Qualification in Insolvency. He is also a CFA ® Charterholder.

He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Alex brings over 8 years of experience in corporate finance, financial restructuring, financial advisory and board management.

Alex has led engagements throughout the Middle-East, United Kingdom as well as APAC. With this diverse experience, he was been able to expand his expertise in corporate finance.

While working in the United Kingdom Alex gained experience dealing with several sectors including English football clubs, Viticultural businesses and heavy industrial businesses.

Prior to co-founding FAR, he has worked and advised on complex multi-jurisdictional mandates between Dubai and London. It was Alex’s role to work closely with buyers to achieve the best M&A deal for the company.

Keith Lee has over 25 years of expertise in auditing, fraud investigation, assets tracing, forensic accounting, damage and loss quantifications, money laundering investigation, litigation support and professional negligence cases.

Keith’s responsibilities involve reviewing financial documents, detecting unusual activities and fraudulent transactions, pinpointing individuals involved in the fraud, adjusting financial statements, analysing the company’s solvency position, and determining losses and damages.

Keith is a member of the CPA Australia and is a certified member of the Association of Fraud Examiners. He is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Joe has over 20 years of experience in corporate restructuring, corporate recovery, receivership, financial advisory, and forensic investigation. Joe has participated in the restructuring of listed and private companies through schemes of arrangement, as well as court and voluntary liquidations in various jurisdictions. He has also led investigation assignments concerning misappropriation of assets and accounting irregularities and managed the administration of a brokerage firm appointed by the Hong Kong Court.

Before joining FAR, Joe was a Senior Director in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring Segment at FTI Consulting and worked in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.

Joe is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Piers is a seasoned investment banker, with almost 40 years of leadership, analytical and operational experience across almost all the major markets in Asia. He has lived in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia, and has worked in both global investment banks and smaller more entrepreneurial companies, including running his own company. He spent the bulk of his career raising capital for companies at all stages of development, from early stage seed rounds to major privatisation offerings for governments and spinoffs for major corporates.

Before his current role, Piers was director of Corporate Finance at Platinum Securities based in Hong Kong,  but spent 10 years at both Rothschild and S.G. Warburg earlier in his career.
